To Gain Ground...
Put distraction away!
Why?
Dis-Traction
If u have traction on shoes, you can move!
Therefore you can gain gound, the more traction, the more ground covered and won't slip n fall.
Distraction removes the traction, that will cause you to fall more easily..
One of the receipes for breakthru!
